Thanks to those who participated in the vote to change UAFT’s constitution, bylaws, and name. Here are the results:   • Members voted unanimously in support of changing UAFT’s constitution and bylaws.  Click here for the new Constitution and Bylaws    • A name change for UAFT has been approved with 52.3% of the vote. It will be “University of Alaska Federation of Teachers” (UAFT).  We will work to implement the name change over the summer months.
